1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RefurbMiner services, including our mining pool, dashboard, and e-commerce shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use RefurbMiner services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Service Description

RefurbMiner offers the following services:

• Mining Pool: A cryptocurrency mining pool enabling users to combine mining resources
• Mining Dashboard: Tools for monitoring mining performance, statistics, and earnings
• E-commerce Shop: Platform for purchasing mining hardware and related products

While we strive for 100% availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may occasionally affect availability.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of RefurbMiner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information
• Maintain accurate wallet addresses
• Use appropriate mining software and hardware
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in malicious activities or attacks
• Not attempt to manipulate pool statistics or rewards
• Not tamper with our systems or attempt to access unauthorized areas
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Intellectual Property

The RefurbMiner name, logo, website, software, and all content are owned by RefurbMiner and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without explicit permission.

6. Pool Fees and Payments

For Mining Pool:

• The pool charges a 1% fee on all mining rewards
• Payments are processed automatically every 24 hours for balances exceeding 0.1 VRSC

For E-commerce Shop:

• All prices are stated in the currency shown during checkout
• Payment methods are secured by industry-standard encryption
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened products
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate mining rewards or statistics
• Have been inactive for over 12 months

Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance below payout threshold may be forfeit upon account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

RefurbMiner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any loss of mining rewards or cryptocurrency
• Hardware damage or other losses incurred while using our service
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RefurbMiner in the previous three months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and the European Union. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
